 Reducing the chances of malnutrition, which increases the risk of diabetes and heart problems.

 The Mediterranean diet is a healthy diet rich in essential elements that are beneficial to the body:


 It consists mainly of olive oil, colorful fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products.

 Jillinope referred to the previous sentence, saying, "I want to prevent heart disease, so what diet should I follow?" So I suggested the Mediterranean diet, even if the person suffers from obesity in the abdominal area, and his blood pressure is slightly high.


 "Based on this study, I will recommend the Mediterranean diet," he added.


 Use olive oil in salads instead of sauces
